I lead the people and processes behind technology that works — building teams that deliver and leaders who grow.
I was born in New York City and grew up on Air Force bases across Europe — my mother served in the Air Force and my father supported the military as a contractor. Moving every few years meant constantly starting over. It taught me early what many people learn late: how to adapt fast, earn trust quickly, and work with people from every background.
I followed the family tradition into service. In the U.S. Army I worked as a radiologic technologist and grew into team leader, department supervisor, instructor and program manager, alongside some of the finest leaders I've known. Business had always pulled at me, so after the Army I earned my MBA and brought that military discipline into the corporate world.
Since then I've led from inside very different organizations — as an implementation consultant, business analyst, pharmacy solutions manager, operations manager and, most recently, Senior Manager of a 47-person UAT department at CVS Health. Each role showed me another side of how companies, systems and teams really work.
The military taught me people. Business taught me systems. Testing taught me how to find what's broken. I bring all three to every team I lead.

How to Debug the Programs Running Your Life and Rewrite Who You Are on Purpose
You're running code you never wrote. Beliefs, habits and reactions were installed by childhood, culture and experience, and they execute quietly in the background, shaping every decision you make. Root Access gives you administrator rights to your own mind: the awareness to see what's running, and the control to change it.
It starts with one model, the Stack, and one idea: you are not your code. You're the administrator. From there, three phases:
How to Stop Sleepwalking Through Life and Start Living Your Dream
Most of us aren't really living our lives. We're running them on autopilot. Days blur into routines, goals slide to "someday," and the life we actually want stays just out of reach. The Awakening Guide is a practical wake-up call: a step-by-step path to notice where you've been sleepwalking, get clear on what you truly want, and start moving toward it on purpose.
This second edition is rewritten with sharper frameworks and new visuals, and comes with The Awakening Map, a companion workbook that turns insight into action.
Whether it's a role, a project, my books, or just catching up with a former teammate, I'd like to hear from you.
